1. USER ACCOUNTS AND TERMINATION 1.1 Account Creation You may only create one account per person. Rebaity reserves the right to verify and monitor account activities to ensure compliance with these Terms.

1.2 Eligibility Rebaity welcomes users globally. However, cashback eligibility may depend on the merchant's policies, including geographic restrictions. You are responsible for confirming whether merchants ship to your location.

1.3 Account Termination Rebaity reserves the right to terminate accounts for fraudulent activities, abuse, or inactivity. Accounts may be deactivated after 60 days of inactivity and permanently terminated if no action is taken within 120 days.

1.4 Invalid Email If an invalid email is provided, or if you flag emails as spam, Rebaity may terminate your account.

1.5 Referral Information If you join through a referral, the referring member may be able to view your referral status, including the date of sign-up and cashback milestones.

1.6 Account Maintenance Fees If your account remains inactive for 18 months, Rebaity will charge a monthly maintenance fee of $2 until the balance reaches zero. Accounts with no balance after 12 months of inactivity may be permanently closed.

2. CASHBACK 2.1 Earning Cashback Cashback is earned by making purchases through Rebaity's referral links to our partnered stores. Cashback is based on the net purchase amount, excluding taxes, fees, shipping, and any non-eligible products.

2.2 Purchase Requirements To qualify for cashback, the purchase must be completed in the same session as when the link was clicked. If you visit other sites or use non-Rebaity coupons, you may not be eligible for cashback.

2.3 Refunds and Cancellations If you return an item after receiving cashback, Rebaity reserves the right to reclaim the cashback amount, which may include deductions from your Rebaity account.

3. BONUSES AND REWARDS 3.1 Referral Program Rebaity offers a referral program where you can earn a $5 bonus for each new member you refer. To qualify, your referred friend must earn at least $10 in available cashback. You will also earn 5% of your friend's cashback for their first year of membership.

3.2 Bonus Eligibility Bonuses and other rewards are subject to eligibility criteria. Rebaity reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. PAYMENTS 4.1 Payment Methods Rebaity pays cashback through PayPal, Check, Gift Cards, and Helipay. You can select or change your preferred payment method in your account settings.

4.2 Minimum Payment The minimum payout amount is $10, and the maximum payout is $2000. Payments may be delayed by up to one pay cycle, depending on merchant reporting times.

4.3 Payment Issues If your payment is missing, lost, or expired, you may request a replacement. Rebaity is not responsible for any charges incurred by banks due to late check deposits.

5. MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT Rebaity may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of Rebaity after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

6. PRIVACY POLICY Rebaity respects your privacy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We use your data to improve your shopping experience and provide cashback services.
